Avery Studio (a project of Joy Dong) publishes digital teaching resources such as printable PDF guides and AI-prompt workbooks. All of Avery Studio's products are sold and delivered through two marketplaces: Teachers Pay Teachers and Gumroad. This page is a landing page, not a checkout; the purchase, payment, account, and download process happens entirely on those platforms, under their own terms. The three sections below cover the small set of things Avery Studio itself is responsible for.
Terms of use
Buying on Teachers Pay Teachers or Gumroad
When you buy a product, the transaction, your account, your payment method, and your right to download and re-download the files are all governed by the marketplace you bought through, not by Avery Studio directly:
- Teachers Pay Teachers: TPT Terms of Service
- Gumroad: Gumroad Terms of Service
Using the files
Each listing states what is included and how you may use it. The license terms for a specific product (for example, single-classroom or personal use) are the ones shown on that product's own TPT or Gumroad listing page at the time you buy it, not a separate license issued by this website.
AI-prompt products
Some Avery Studio products are guided prompts meant to be used with an AI tool you already have access to (for example, an image or chat AI). Avery Studio does not provide that AI tool, does not control its output, and cannot guarantee any specific result. Review anything an AI tool produces before you teach, send, print, display, or save it.
Changes
A product's files may be corrected or improved after you buy it; you can re-download the current version from your TPT or Gumroad account. This page may be updated from time to time; the date above shows the last update.

Privacy policy
The short version
This site does not ask you to create an account or fill out a form. It does not collect your name, your email address, or your IP address. Checkout, and everything about your identity as a buyer, happens on Teachers Pay Teachers or Gumroad, under their own privacy policies, not this site's.
What this site does collect, and only from ad traffic
If you arrive at this page from a qualifying advertising link (specifically, a link tagged utm_source=meta), the page stores a randomly generated, meaningless session code in your browser (in localStorage) and sends a small first-party record to our own server when the page loads and when you click a buy button. That record can include:
- the random session code (not tied to your name or account anywhere)
- the campaign/link parameters from the URL you followed (source, medium, campaign, content)
- your country, read from our hosting provider's own server-side geolocation, not from anything the page asks you for
- a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your browser's user-agent string; the original string is never stored
- which button you clicked, TPT or Gumroad
If you arrive without that ad-campaign tag, for example by typing the address directly or from an organic search result, none of this is recorded.
Why
This exists to answer one question: did the advertising spend that brought you here lead to more people actually visiting or buying, and by how much. That is the entire purpose; the record above is not used to build an advertising profile of you outside this measurement.
Advertising pixels
This page includes code that CAN load a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel for the same measurement purpose, controlled by a single on/off setting. As of this update, that setting is off and no Meta pixel loads. If it is turned on in the future, the standard page-view data it sends would be handled under Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.
What happens when you buy
Payment, your name, your email, and your card details are handled entirely by Teachers Pay Teachers or Gumroad; this site never sees them. If your purchase happens on Gumroad, Gumroad may separately notify our order-tracking system that a sale occurred; when it does, we store only a one-way cryptographic hash of the email address used for that sale (for fraud checks and matching a sale back to a session), never the email address itself.
Your choices
You can clear the session code at any time by clearing this site's local storage in your browser (or by using private/incognito browsing, which never sets it at all). Browser settings that block cookies and local storage will also prevent it.

Refunds
Where refunds are handled
Every Avery Studio product is a digital download sold through Teachers Pay Teachers or Gumroad. Delivery, receipts, and refunds are all handled by whichever marketplace you bought through, under that marketplace's own policy, not a separate Avery Studio process.
If you bought on Teachers Pay Teachers
TPT treats digital purchases as generally final, since a downloaded file can't be "returned," but makes exceptions in specific cases, for example a damaged or incomplete file, or a listing whose preview and description didn't match what was actually delivered. See TPT's own refund policy for the current rules and how to request one.
If you bought on Gumroad
On Gumroad, refund requests are handled by the seller first. Email avery.studio.business@gmail.com with your order details and what went wrong. Gumroad also documents its own process, including what happens if a seller doesn't respond: see Gumroad's refund help page.
